Rental access is not permanent ownership
A carrier customer controls a number while the carrier plan remains active. A rental customer controls access only for the displayed rental period. After a rental expires, the number may be released and later reassigned, so remove it from account recovery before access ends and do not assume a later order will return the same number.
Incoming SMS is not a full phone plan
NonVoipUsNumber products are intended to show incoming SMS in the online order inbox. Unless a product explicitly says otherwise, do not expect voice calls, outgoing SMS or MMS, mobile data, emergency calling, or indefinite control of the number.
The receiving website makes the final decision

Protect important accounts
